Every year, Novo staff take time to review their ministry efforts from the past year. We evaluate the outcomes of our work and draw lessons for the year ahead. In addition, we stop for a moment to celebrate what has been accomplished and to take note of the places where we have seen God at work. Novo is a Latin word that means to make new. Our name is a powerful statement about the aim of our partnership with God’s work in the world—the redemption of people everywhere. We long to see men, women, and children made new in the image of Jesus.
