I am a Research Fellow at the Department of Data Science and AI, Monash University. My research focuses on Time Series Analysis and Machine Learning applications. I completed my PhD at the Faculty of Information Technology, Monash University, under the supervision of Professor Geoff Webb , Dr François Petitjean and Dr Paul Reichl . Currently I am working on Time Series Extrinsic Regression (TSER) , where the task is to predict a continuous scalar value from a time series. This task differs from Classification where the target is continous, and differs from Forecasting where the prediction does not necessarily depends on recent/seasonal values and the target may not necessarily come from the same series.
