In addition to leading the firm, Zaurie is the overall relationship manager for every project from conception to close out. She is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology undergraduate and masters programs in Architecture. A registered architect and long time sustainability advocate, she is the author of Practical Passive Solar Design: A Guide to Homebuilding and Land Development (McGraw-Hill, 1983).
After practicing architecture in Boston, Zaurie turned to the development field, working with the Beacon Companies in Boston as a development manager on projects such as the mixed use Rowes Wharf/Boston Harbor Hotel complex, hotels in Chicago and office and retail tenant improvement work.
Zaurie has ensured that each client’s objectives have been successfully fulfilled in hundreds of millions of dollars of completed real estate development projects.
