having a bit of a love affair with green these days…saying good bye to my home in Washington state has had a lot to do with my emerging green heart [holding onto evergreen]. i can’t seem to take my eyes off the shades of green around me. i’m almost shocked by the vibrant darkness, the luxurious kiwi, the cucumber coolness of green. on my way down to Ocean Park Wa to stay at our favorite Klipsan Beach Cottages, green was practically shouting its way into my head… green verging on black in the marsh areas tha
i painted my kitchen green…i labored over the color until it became the warm containing shade that stayed on those walls for many years…what drew me to this green? some thoughts below
