Zibo is the birthplace of ancient football Cuju, which according to FIFA, was the earliest form of the sport. Zibo Municipal Sports Center consists of a 45,000 seat football/soccer stadium, an indoor 6,000 seat arena, and a 2,000 seat aquatic center.
