Prior to starting Zanata, I was the founding partner of Heatherstone Rhodesian Ridgebacks. In late 2021 my partner stepped down and I forged ahead under the Zanata Kennel Name.
Many of the dogs showcased in the following pages are a product of the hard work and commitment I had when hearing about my mentors retirement. When my mentor retired and subsequently passed, Zanata was born to carry on the vision of Vyrtuous, breeding Ridgebacks with a focus on temperament, health, conformation, and performance, while bringing in my own ideas and following the breed standard set forth by the Rhodesian Ridgeback Club of the United States (RRCUS).
