Where all things "FILM" for Youth are brought together.
YPFF focuses on doing small film festivals at various Libraries to help young people and their parents enjoy filmmaking. We work with Filmfreeway to recieve and select the best possible films to use as examples and then have brief workshops where an expert analyses new films, and compares them with the best and most popular films and gives you as an attendee a chance to ask questions and to work with and learn from professional filmmakers.
Filmmaking Tools: You'll also learn about great filmmaking tools, processes, such as FINALDRAFT, the defacto industry standard for creating your scripts. We will from time to time bring in set designers, set builders, directors, producers, and other professions with the focus on helping Youth get started and up to speed.
