Virginia combines these 3 studies for mindful understanding of the human mind and way of thinking to help her clients have clarity and understand themselves better to reach their goals to make the changes or mental shift they need. To shine the “light” on them to benefit them in a healthy holistic way.

With any abilities or disability, We teach privately, or small groups, to work to each individual's holistic wellness needs. we also specialize in Yoga Retreats in Africa and Workshops of alternate healing and practices.
