Welcome to Yoga Vidya. Vidya is a Sanskrit word that means wisdom. The common expectation is that yoga will exercise the body, make it stretch, maybe even bend over backwards. But yoga can also exercise the brain and stretch the mind. It is a visceral learning experience that also keeps the brain flexible.
Yoga is an individual practice to bring equinimity and balance into our life experience. It is a great support for the anxiety and unknown factors that have overwhelmed us all during these times of the pandemic and social isolation. The mind and the body open together.
Yoga Vidya offers 4 weekly in-person classes . Reservations via text message or email with reply confirmation required to attend classes. No drop-ins without reservation and confirmation to indicate the reservation request has been received and accepted.
