Description: Accessible online yoga classes and online teacher trainings taught by older experienced instructors. Since 2004 we've been teaching sustainable yoga that you can practice for life. Our classes and courses are especially loved by those 50 and older.
We want you to have a great experience from start to finish! The majority of students who start our program love it, but if you decide it is not for you, and you communicate that to us within 10 days of the start of the program, we will refund your tuition in full. After the course is underway if you decide not to finish we will refund your tuition on a pro-rated basis up until the halfway point of the course.
We put a lot of love and energy into this RYT200 course! It helps us do the best job we can when students are excited about the material and make an effort to be part of our online community. We ask that students turn on their cameras as much as possible, so we can all interact and get to know each other. Our program consists of live zoom calls (schedule posted publicly on our site) and video lessons that all together take around 180 hours.
