This is accomplished by our talented clinicians who guide our clients towards recognizing the interconnection between chaos and harmony, joy and pain; in order to identify the positive yet realistic aspects in negative and often times uncomfortable situations.
Individual counseling is a form of therapy in which the client is treated on a one-on-one basis with a licensed clinician. The therapy process itself typically last anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes, and may take many forms, depending on the issues needed to be addressed and how far the client wishes to go in dealing with them. Therapeutic treatment is guided by a treatment plan that the client and clinician both agree to pursue. During sessions the client and clinician will work together to help bring change
