All tools are designed in-house by XL Tech ’s skilled design team using the latest CAD/CAM modeling and simulation tools. The dies are manufactured in our 2 well-appointed tool rooms equipped with large bed CNC machines and high capacity overhead cranes. XL has a strong reputation with some of the industries' most demanding customers for on-time delivery of quality tools that run at rate and within spec.
To better meet the requirements of our customer base, XL has expanded its operations to include high volume production stamping with servo feed equipped large bed presses ranging from 110ton-1000ton. Coupled with its die making expertise, XL Tech is a cost effective and reliable choice for your high quality complex stamping requirements.
