World in a Box is a small software development practice based in Southern Finland. The company has been running for more than 20 years, working mostly as a sub-contractor for our clients in Denmark, Italy and Portugal.
World in a Box turns science into software. Most projects are to develop Windows applications, but we also do web services and database work. The software we create is used by engineers and scientists. Our projects mainly relate to the wind energy industry, but we also develop ecological modelling and analysis tools.
