Women’s Counselling and Therapy Service

We offer a free, or low-cost, counselling and psychotherapy service for women and girls on low incomes in Leeds. We work with disadvantaged or marginalised women and girls facing complex health and social situations.  We help them to recover from experiences of abuse, violence, neglect, trauma and mental ill health. 

PLEASE NOTE : we open and close our waiting list to make sure women don’t wait too long for support. We are currently accepting requests for service. Please find out more about requesting a service .
