I have worked in product and site support for PayPal for many years, and managed multiple digital product support teams for Starbucks prior to that. My passions are solving physical product problems with digital solutions, designing overlays for broadcasters, building mechanical keyboards, and introducing users to every IoT device under the sun. I am currently working for a company specializing in AI Video Surveillance, IoT, and Smart City Technologies.
