Wishful Willow was born out of a need our founder, Theresa Milner, has for her own daughter, Lacey Rae. She has a rare genetic disorder called CFC Syndrome (Cardio-Facio-Cutaneous Syndrome).  Many people with CFC Syndrome drool and have sensory challenges.  They decided to start this company and make the shirts to help others.
