Unlike other WiFi and Bluetooth temperature sensors, our proprietary wall-passing long range radio uses sub-GHz frequency to avoid interference from crowded 2.4GHz ISM band. Even when you place the sensor tag inside a typical refrigerator with metal walls, the system works flawlessly with the receiver (Ethernet tag manager) installed in the opposite corner of your house, or on a different floor.
Except for our Temperature only tags and Soil moisture sensors, most Wireless Tags use 14-bit HTU21DF digital temperature and humidity sensor from TE France. Even higher accuracy 16-bit resolution (SHT35 based) sensors are also available . HTU21DF features 0.02°C resolution and 0.4°C uncalibrated accuracy (better accuracy after one time calibration by user), which allows monitoring of miniscule temperature gradient and change inside of your fridge/freezer.
