Portal provides you information about all the initial days of R&D Pioneers in Wipro . Wipro as an Information and Technology initiative was started in 1980. In fact the seeds of the company started before this in Aug 1979 itself.
Before the formal company introduced to the world, incubation happened as a project which was initiated at IISc in 1979.
