We’re actually living the sixth mass extinction of wildlife in Earth’s history. The fifth one was the extinction of dinosaurs ! Man has been exterminating at a fast pace millions of animals since the beginning of the 20 th century due to the acceleration of industrial activity, overpopulation, pollution, etc… For example, we went from 1.6 billion people living on Earth in 1900 to almost 8 billion today !
Nevertheless, it doesn’t seem to be a priority in our modern world. This is why we have decided to take action by creating a petition which will be first sent to local and then to international organizations such as the United Nations .
