We mourn the loss of Robert M. Pennoyer , a decorated attorney and champion of nonprofits who served for thirty years as a Trustee and then President of the Whiting Foundation.
Among his many contributions to the Foundation, Mr. Pennoyer helped create the Whiting Awards, building on a suggestion from his wife, Victoria Parsons Pennoyer.
