PICKUP ORDERS. Due to an overwhelming amount of fraudulent transactions resulting in a significant amount of lost revenue and card processing chargeback penalties, we have been forced to temporarily shut down our online ordering. We can only accept takeout orders placed in person at the restaurant and if you are paying with a card we must be able to successfully process your card with our EMV chip reader. This is why we can’t have nice things, folks . . .
DELIVERY ORDERS. Order through DoorDash only — we don’t have a relationship with any other delivery service so if you see West Egg on a platform other than DoorDash, don’t order! If you order delivery through any service other than DoorDash we cannot help you with any issues.
