The Foundation is a non-profit organization comprised of a group of individuals from local organizations who are dedicated to supporting the clients and programs offered at Weber Human Services.
The Foundation raises funds and manages the financial contributions to the agency to bridge the gaps between client needs and funding provided by Medicaid and Medicare.
We work to assist the clients and their families to have access to services in order for them to lead healthy and successful lives.
