In the URL are many parameters which control the behaviour of "US Weather Radar". If you click on the "Config" link on the bottom left of the US Weather Radar you can see a description.
In the up_loc parameter you can specify the ZIP code. If you want to automatically center on your ZIP code don't forget to set up_centeronzipcode=1 .
