Nestled between the mountains and the sea, Wandandian and its surrounding localities of Jerrawangala and Bewong is conveniently located in the middle of picturesque Shoalhaven, New South Wales. A short drive from the beautiful beaches of the Jervis Bay area, our little community offers its residents country living with coastal charm.

With a rich history dating back to the 1860s, Wandandian has seen many changes, but has always retained its rural heart. Since the 1890s, the Wandandian community has had a progress association to help it negotiate the challenges that arise as the town grows. The current Association was formed in 1952 and continues to advocate for the interests of the residents of the Wandandian area.

We acknowledge all Aboriginal people of the Shoalhaven, the Bhwerawerri, Budawang, Jerrinja, Murramarang, Tomikin, Wadi wadi, Wandi wandandian, Yuin, and associated clans of which many are Dhurga and Dharawal language speakers. We value their long rich, cultural and spiritual connections to the Shoalhaven area.
