By teaching the technical “hard” skills of finance and the “soft” skills of corporate culture, we empower under-represented young adults to achieve beyond their present horizons. We believe that the urban finance talent of tomorrow, applying those skills in their lives and communities, can become agents of positive change and sustainable economic development.
