No calorie, step or workout tracking for a week. I must admit it feels kind of odd, I find myself wanting to open Garmin Connect to check my dashboard. 

Workout wise it was a pretty good week, a couple runs, some strength sessions and one ride on the Peloton. I took a couple more walks than normal, as I wanted to feel like I hit my 10,000 steps. 

I’ll probably be going back to wearing the Garmin all ay starting tomorrow.
