K W8Loss2Go App K W8Loss2Go (weight loss to go) is a new app for losing weight with a simple approach: 1) stop eating between meals and 2) gradually reduce amounts at meals. It uses methods borrowed from addiction medicine. The iPhone app may be downloaded for free at this link .
