The 2023 Scotts MLB All-Star Ballot will determine the eight (8) position players and one (1) designated hitter in the American League and the National League, who will start the 2023 MLB All-Star Game presented by Mastercard. Earlier this MLB season, each MLB Club nominated one (1) player for each infield position, three (3) players for the outfield and one (1) player for the designated hitter spot.
