VJA Consultancy Limited was formed in 2009 offering a smoother handover service of new buildings, using an approach similar to the BSRIA 'Soft Landings' idea. It's main focus is on providing Aftercare support for either the Installer or Facilities Manager, typically relating to Building Services.
Irrespective of the customer, our aim is to make the transition from the construction site to fully functioning premises as painless as possible, allowing everyone to focus of their primary roles. Based in the South-East of England, but working nationwide, it also provides additional support during those busy periods, to relieve the Pressure on your already stretched 'in house' resources without the need to carry the extra Overhead costs.
