Viktor achieved his career-high No. 12 on 6 June 2011 after reaching Roland Garros 4R. Returned to Top 20 on 13 July 2015 after falling outside Top 800 on 14 July 2014.
Viktor began playing tennis at age 5 with countryman Nenad Trifunovic as his coach. Inspired by Andre Agassi, who was his childhood idol. He also played football as a kid. Fan of Partizan Belgrade team. His vavourite shot is serve and favourite surface is hard. He married Aleksandra in November 2016 and his daughter Irina is born 16 June 2017.
