Chand Sooran is a graduate of the Royal Military College of Canada , Queen's University at Kingston and the MIT Sloan School of Management , with a specialization in the Financial Engineering Track. He is certified as a Financial Risk Manager (FRM™) by the Global Association of Risk Professionals and he is also a Fellow of the Global Association of Risk Professionals. He is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute .
