The Lamar Hotel was constructed in 1927 as an 11-story hotel located in the historic downtown area of Meridian, MS. Restoration of this historic landmark is proposed to cost upwards of 15 million dollars. Our vision is to redevelop the building into a mix-used building that will attract and cultivate a community of residents, professionals, and consumers alike.
