Amy is a trailblazer within her industry, being the first woman of color to become chairman of the board for a state organization in the heavy highway construction industry, she is also a strong advocate for the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise program on both the state and national level. Previously, Amy was a lead presenter for the National Workforce and Development Initiative and a panelist for the Ohio Civil Rights Symposium and the 2019 Marathon Women’s Empowerment Summit.
