We launched uSupport.in.ua back in 2014 to assist Ukraine’s IT sector with finding customers abroad. In less than a week, more than 300 companies registered for our catalog.
We created an open-source catalog to assist interested parties outside of Ukraine in finding the best vendor to speed up the growth of Ukraine’s BPO and IT outsourcing industries.
Fast forward to today, most IT companies are no longer looking for customers. It is rather the opposite – many companies are seeking top talent and compete for it. We looked at many other outsourcing geographic hotspots and the situation is very similar.
