Our Academy At Urban Movement Dance Academy our contemporary ballet program is comprised of a combination of ballet, comtemporary, and body conditioning. We train in classical ballet, Vaganova method, allowing our students to build a strong technical foundation while educating them on how to use the entire body as a vessel of expression. This foundation and exploration of movement creates a harmony allowing our students a seemless transition into other genres of dance.
