We welcome ALL skill levels and teach proper boxing technique along with boxing exercises and self-defence. Sparring is optional and we do have access to a boxing ring.
Beginners are taken aside and taught the basics of stance, movement and how to throw a punch on the first Tuesday and Thursday of every month.
