Most businesses have a communications function - one or more people who are tasked with sending messages out, most often in the form of an email or newsletter. A proportion of those create this messaging as part of a broader communications strategy or plan.
But very few have an engagement strategy. An approach to ensuring that a relationship is being developed. A plan to ensure on-going interaction.
