As already notified earlier on 12th May 2023, the Award of Contracts in respect of 15 Tenders forming part of Lot-1 (list at Annexure-A ) have been approved and recommended for Award by the Board of Directors. Justice (Retd.) A. M. Sapre has also recommended the same to the Hon’ble Supreme Court for its approval. However, the matter could not be taken up for hearing before the Hon’ble Court closed for its vacations.
The management had indicated in the aforementioned notice that payment of balance dues in case of these 15 Projects would commence with effect from 01.06.2023 . However, since the Unitech management has not been able to reach the stage of Award of these Contracts till date, the Homebuyers of these Projects are hereby informed that, subject to approval of the Hon’ble Supreme Court, the payment of balance dues in these cases would now commence from 01.09.2023 .
