Description: Umcebo Design is the home of bespoke mixed-media creations. Our work incorporates wire, glass beads and recycled / reclaimed items to make lamps, chandeliers, sconces, tapestries and other decorative items. We also run corporate and organisation teambuilding workshops where participants create unique works of art as part of the process. We are based in Durban, South Africa. We also do commission work.

Umcebo Design makes bespoke commission pieces to order. The pieces can be unusual requests or even just special colour requirements for an order. We work closely with our clients to give them exactly what they want. Umcebo Design runs craft workshops for organisations and corporate entities as a way of facilitating team-building and assisting with product development and income generation. Umcebo Design makes a range of decor items from various recycled materials. Additionally, we are always developing new uses for recycled material. We run workshops with school children and communities where we emphasise the importance of re-purposing discarded materials and recycling. Umcebo Design takes on all manner of public projects. We have the capacity to manage and source the right people to deliver.
