The Downtown Streetscape Phase 2 project is a continuation of the Downtown Streetscape project that replaced utilities and renovated the street and pedestrian right-of-way facilities along State Street from Mill Street to Henry Street. The project included the replacement of water and sewer utilities, underground electrical, pedestrian bulbouts, landscaping features and new trees, new streetlights, and improved traffic signals.
