Open Source Intelligence is any unclassified information, in any medium, that is generally available to the public, even if its distribution is limited or only available upon payment. Since 2018 the UK Police started to use the term i3 or III, which stands for Internet Intelligence & Investigations, which they define as, the use of internet resources to gather information, intelligence and evidence.
This site is provided as a useful online resource for investigators, researchers and journalists to use during their enquiries. We are no longer providing training commercially but are happy to give an online presentation on OSINT and conducting online research to conferences and to groups involved in investigations.
