With her first entrepreneurial venture being the owner of a street food truck in Bangkok, the owner, Ui Ratsomjit (pronounced U) spent much of her time preparing fresh foods such as her Green Papaya Salad, Satays, & Gapow Stir Frys for the local hungry patrons. Her style of cooking comes from the North East of Thailand “Isaan” where she is from and this is a strong influence in all our dishes.
