Description: Syngja is a solo electronic music project by Vancouver, B.C born cellist, producer, visual artist and singer Tyr Jami. Her sound is shaped with hypnotizing loops and samples creating beat-based experimental pop. Inspired by her Icelandic heritage, and inherited video footage, she creates audio-reactive visuals and electronic music with cello and voice, connecting the present world with her ancestors.
