Description: TUTEH is a wholly owned company of the Tshwane University of Technology (TUT). It was established at the beginning of the year 2018 after a preparatory period that started in 2015, when the Council of the TUT approved the University’s Turnaround Framework (TF). The purpose of the TF was to address what was evidently a declining financial health of the University.
