The Trousdale family was one of several influential families in Tennessee in the 19th century and many of the Trousdales and their descendants went on to serve in the military, travel abroad, practice law and business, and even minister to Brazil.
Trousdale Place is open for private and group tours by appointment. We also host a variety of events throughout the year including open houses for self-guided tours, paranormal investigations, our annual Veteran’s Day Open House, and our William Trousdale Day celebration.
