So it’s been a while since I’ve updated this. Since the last time I posted, I have great opportunities come my way. I’m one of the newest members of the San Diego Haran’galaar Clan of the Mandalorian Mercs , another Star Wars costuming club. This club represents everything Mandalorian from the movie Boba Fett and Jango Fett, to the Mandalorians from the Expanded Universe .
As part of the approval process, you are required to have a name for your Mandalorian. It was a tough search, and after a few weeks of listing possibilities, I came up with Kendar Jun. A new recruit ready for action and eager to join in battle and move up the ranks. My first few troops as a Mandalorian were fantastic. I loved the presence that comes with being a Mando.
After months of being an official Mando, I was brought on to the command staff of the Haran’galaar Clan with the rank of Ruus’alor (Sergeant at Arms). I look forward to being a part of the staff and making a difference, not only in the clan, but also in the community. Here’s to a great 2014.
