Trei Real Estate is the real estate venture of the Tengelmann Group.
We develop and invest in customized apartments and commercial properties. Creating sustainable living spaces in the process is our goal.
In the context of our long-term strategy, we focus on real estate investments in Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and the USA. In addition to our Assets under Management of around EUR 1.3 billion, we develop projects with a total value of about 2.0 billion euro. Under the Vendo Park brand, we build and lease retail parks in Poland.
