For an athlete to take it to the limit he or she has to train hard and train right . All dedicated athletes train hard but not all train right. If an athlete wants to maximize his or her potential, he or she has to train the right way using methods and equipment that work. INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP TRAINING Training sessions can be arranged for groups or individuals. Currently, I am using the facilities at Blue Chip Academy in Oswego, Illinois but I am also available to train at a facility near you.
