Throughout the year, we host several local races, weekly group runs and trail work days in order to give back to the trail community we love so much. We hope you’ll join us for any or all #TrailsRoc events!
Our weekly group runs are FREE, offered year round and open to all levels, including those who are just learning to run or who are new to trails.
We run trails at different local parks so you have a chance to explore new routes often. Depending on the time of year, you may need a headlamp and/or traction.
