It was so wonderful to see our community gathering to celebrate, honor and preserve Japanese culture! Because of all of you, we are able to keep this beloved TSCA program going and support our eight student delegates and adult leader who will be represent the city of Torrance in Kashiwa this summer. We look forward to hosting a reciprocal group from Kashiwa in August.
